Warehouse Associate (Weekday)

First Step Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates to join a busy distribution center in Ellabell, GA. This is a great opportunity for dependable warehouse workers, material handlers, and individuals with general labor, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment experience. This full-time weekend position pays $17.00 per hour and offers a consistent schedule with four days off each week.

Schedule & Pay

Weekday Shift

• Monday - Thursday
• 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• $17.00 per hour

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers in a fast-paced distribution center.
• Move products, remove boxes from pallets, and transport inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Unload merchandise into totes for order fulfillment and inventory processing.
• Apply barcode labels to products in the ticketing department to prepare orders for shipping.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, material handling, and general warehouse operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all warehouse safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, general labor, material handler, or loader/unloader experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to lift and move boxes throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
• Ability to work every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Reliable transportation to our Ellabell, GA location.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
