Position OverviewThis is a true outside sales role for a strategic, self-motivated professional with a proven ability to develop new business and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate thrives on building relationships, being out in the field, and consistently exceeding goals through persistence and discipline.
You’ll be a true business hunter—proactive, resourceful, and driven—while maintaining strong process discipline and CRM accuracy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a territory sales plan across industries such as distribution, manufacturing, logistics, and food production
- Identify, pursue, and close new client partnerships aligned with company objectives
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service
- Accurately document sales activity, opportunities, and next steps in Salesforce
- Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure seamless client onboarding and account management
- Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue targets
- Represent First Step Staffing’s mission and values with professionalism and integrity
- 3 years of proven success in B2B sales (staffing, logistics, or service industries preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business and drive measurable revenue growth
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High level of organization, self-discipline, and CRM management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce (or similar CRM)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally

- Salary: $80,000–$90,000 annually
