SUMMARY: Responsible to facilitate support and connection between court referral sources and First Step Home.

Manage communication and relationships with client referral sources affiliated with the court systems.

Duties And Responsibilities
Manage communication and relationships with client referral sources affiliated with the court systems.
- Participate in weekly multidisciplinary team meetings with supportive staff members to facilitate the SUD treatment for the clients.
- Attends weekly multidisciplinary team meetings with court staff members to facilitate the SUD treatment for the clients in accordance with the recommendations and requirements of the courts.
- Assure documentation is following contract regulatory and agency requirements and best practices; and complete all documentation within expected timeframes.
- Represent First Step Home in a positive and professional manner in all community interactions.
- Utilize literature, workshops and other training aids to continually improve clinical knowledge and administrative skills.
- Work to attain the goals as written in job performance evaluations
- Abide by the standards as set forth in First Step Home’s Compliance Plan and Code of Conduct.
- Responsible for following all safety rules and safe health practices of First Step Home, Inc.
- Comply with all agency policies, procedures and directives of immediate supervisor, the President/CEO and the Board of Trustees of First Step Home, Inc.
- Responsible for following the Core Values of First Step Home, Inc.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- One-two year(s) experience with substance use disorder/mental health treatment of adults preferred.
- CDCA required or must obtain within 30 days of employment
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong communication skills, flexibility and compassion.
