First Step Child Care & Learning Center is seeking a professional, organized, and welcoming Bilingual Enrollment Specialist to join our early childhood education team.
The Enrollment Specialist serves as the first point of contact for families and plays a key role in enrollment, family engagement, administrative compliance, and customer service.
The ideal candidate must be bilingual (English/Spanish), detail-oriented, compassionate, and able to build positive relationships with families and staff.
QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional and welcoming attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to create professional reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and maintain accurate administrative documentation.
- Strong technology skills with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software systems and digital platforms.
- Experience using management systems, email platforms, digital calendars, and virtual communication tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Preferred
- Experience in childcare, school enrollment, or administrative support
- Knowledge of Care 4 Kids, ECE Reporter, or childcare systems
- Experience working with diverse families
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Early Childhood Education experience
