We are seeking caring, dependable Teacher Assistants to support our veteran Lead Teachers in providing a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children.
About the Role:
Teacher Assistants help implement daily routines and curriculum activities, support children’s social and emotional development, and ensure a safe, positive classroom atmosphere. You’ll work alongside experienced educators who are passionate about early learning and dedicated to mentoring new team members.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a licensed child care center preferred, but we will mentor the right candidates
- A warm, patient, and positive attitude
- Reliability and genuine love for working with young children
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required; coursework or credentialing in Early Childhood Education is a plus
- Must meet Rhode Island DCYF licensing requirements, including background checks and training compliance
