About First State Shine
First State Shine Mobile Detailing is a growing mobile detailing company serving clients throughout Delaware. We focus on providing high-quality interior and exterior detailing with a professional, luxury-level customer experience.
We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Part-Time Detailer to join our team and help us deliver consistently excellent results to our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Perform interior and exterior vehicle detailing
- Vacuum, wipe down, steam, shampoo/extract, and clean vehicle interiors
- Wash, dry, and protect vehicle exteriors
- Clean wheels, tires, glass, trim, and other vehicle surfaces
- Follow company detailing procedures and quality standards
- Properly use and maintain detailing equipment and chemicals
- Keep the mobile work area clean and organized
- Communicate professionally with customers when necessary
- Inspect completed vehicles to ensure work meets company standards
- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing equipment
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be 18
- Reliable transportation to job locations
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically capable of standing, bending, lifting, and working for extended periods
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Willingness to learn and improve
Detailing experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

Schedule
Part-time, approximately 15–25 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours based on business demand and performance.
Weekend availability is a plus.
Compensation
$18–$25/hour, based on experience, skill level, reliability, and performance.
