Duties
- Assist with the excavation, grading, and preparation of pond sites to ensure proper foundation and water flow.
- Install pond liners, pumps, filters, and other aquatic equipment with precision and care.
- Maintain and clean ponds by removing debris, algae control, and ensuring water quality standards are met.
- Support team members in landscaping around pond areas to enhance aesthetic appeal.
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely to complete installation and maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Document work progress and report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods.
- Prior experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
