Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Epoxy Floor Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing durable and high-quality epoxy flooring systems across various commercial and industrial projects. Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing floors to ensure optimal adhesion of epoxy coatings.
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately execute flooring plans.
- Mix and apply epoxy resins, primers, sealers, and topcoats following safety protocols and manufacturer instructions.
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and install flooring materials such as vinyl, hardwood, tile, or carpet when required for restoration or remodeling projects.
- Ensure all installation work complies with building material standards and safety regulations related to construction site safety compliance.
- Perform floor refinishing, buffing, and water damage restoration tasks to restore surfaces to their original condition or improve durability.
- Collaborate with team members on construction estimating, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings for precise project execution.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in epoxy floor installation within the construction or restoration industry.
- Strong knowledge of flooring installation techniques including vinyl floor installation, tile laying, hardwood floor installation, and carpet installation.
- Skilled in using hand tools such as caulking guns, scrapers, trowels, as well as power tools like drills and grinders.
- Familiarity with construction plans, schematics, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings.
- Ability to handle manual tasks safely with proper manual handling techniques on construction sites.
- Experience with building material installation including fixtures, cabinetry, trim carpentry, and floor care.
- Knowledge of water damage restoration processes and floor refinishing methods is a plus.
- Construction site experience demonstrating adherence to safety standards and protocols.
- Additional skills in construction estimating, blueprint interpretation, renovation work, concrete finishing, remodeling projects, construction painting, buffing techniques, handyman tasks, tile laying, fixture installation, cabinet installation, schematics comprehension, restoration industry experience are highly desirable.

Pay: $22.50 - $30.00 per hour
