Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects—develop schedules and budgets with precision (Professionalism).
• Track progress and deliverables using project management tools to keep teams on target (Accountability).
• Lead project close-outs and lessons learned to strengthen future performance (Resilience).
• Facilitate meetings and share clear agendas to keep communication sharp and effective (Professionalism).
• Deliver weekly status reports that inform and empower leadership decisions (Service).
• Support executive reporting with accurate, timely insights (Accountability).
• Maintain organized documentation for transparency and compliance (Professionalism).
• Assist with major initiatives like branch transformation and acquisitions, adapting to change with confidence (Adaptability).
• Champion process improvements and education to elevate project management across teams (Initiative).
• Spot opportunities for efficiency and take bold steps to enhance delivery (Courage).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field
• 1–2 years of project coordination or management experience
• Project management certification (CAPM, PMP) preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
• Familiarity with project management tools preferred
