Responsibilities in Accordance with Our Corporate Values
Professionalism
- Assist the Mortgage Loan Officer on marketing planning, strategic planning, closings and communication with all relevant contacts
- Attend pipeline meetings to assist Mortgage Loan Officer with the family of tasks to be completed
Accountability
- Complete all necessary training to accurately evaluate and calculate borrower assets, income, capital, and collateral
- Manage calendar to coordinate appraisals, closings, communication with borrowers
- Input and maintain applications in Encompass
Adaptability
- Maintain communication with and working knowledge of key team players to understand expectations of the department as a whole
