Job Description
The Teller/Personal Banker Representative position at First State Bank/Town and Country requires an enthusiastic individual who can work effectively in a team environment. As a floater between Eagle Grove and Clarion branches, you will be responsible for performing daily bank operations work and implementing procedures as defined by the Retail Supervisor. Your primary goal will be to provide excellent service and support to both external and internal customers.
This role involves processing financial transactions promptly and accurately, adhering to all bank policies and procedures, and prioritizing customers' needs and wants. You will also be expected to provide impeccable customer service and communicate professionally with all customers and coworkers.
