First State Bank is seeking a First State Wealth Sales Assistant at the 5th Street location. If you have experience in greeting customers, handling incoming calls, servicing client accounts, reviewing daily reports and assisting financial advisors, this may be a good fit for you!
40 hours per week.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The First State Wealth Sales Assistant will perform all duties required of this position by following policies and procedures, including, but not limited to:
- Maintains client files in Redtail CRM System by the electronic scanning of client documents.
- Services client accounts by updating paperwork, completing applications, processing checks and placing orders.
- Processes address changes within multiple systems.
- Reviews daily reports to view investment due dates, verify trades, and reconcile trades sold and purchased.
- Processes monthly birthday report and sends cards to clients.
- Tracks employee referrals for incentive payments.
- Schedules client appointments and prepares client values for the appointment.
- Greets and directs all customers in a professional manner.
- Answers telephone inquiries in an efficient, friendly and courteous manner.
- Collects and distributes daily mail.
- Prepares mail to be sent via overnight delivery.
- Takes responsibility for ordering necessary office supplies.
- Prepares labels and inserts for mass mailings and quarterly newsletters.
- Obtains Series 6 & 63 licenses as part of this positions career development plan.
- Complete all required compliance training and complies with the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering Act as well as all regulations which apply within the scope of the position.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four year college or university preferred.
- At least 1 year of prior related experience and/or training preferred.
