Location: Central Arkansas
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Roofing Sales Representative to join our team in Central Arkansas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads and prospect new clients through various channels, including referrals, cold calling, networking events, and door-to-door canvassing.
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' roofing needs and provide accurate estimates for roofing projects.
Present and promote roofing products and services to prospective clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with the roofing installation team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitive offerings to effectively position our roofing solutions in the market.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress using our CRM system.
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
Qualifications:
1) Proven experience in roofing sales or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience.
2) Strong knowledge of residential and commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and build rapport.
4) Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
5) Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
6) Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.
7) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
8) High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Pay Range: Depends on experience
The pay range for this position is competitive and will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. Base salary plus commission structure will be provided, offering the opportunity for significant earning potential based on performance. Truck to drive while at work and Health benefits provided.
