What You’ll Do
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems
- Diagnose HVAC problems and determine the appropriate repairs
- Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
- Test HVAC systems and components for proper operation
- Install new HVAC equipment according to manufacturer specifications
- Repair or replace defective parts and components
- Calibrate system controls and verify proper operation
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify system issues
- Communicate professionally with customers and explain recommended repairs
- Complete service documentation accurately
- Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices
What We’re Looking For
- Previous HVAC experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work safely in different job-site environments
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry HVAC equipment, tools, and materials
- Ability to work in hot and cold temperatures
- Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and other confined areas
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
- Ability to stand, kneel, bend, crouch, and work in various positions for extended periods
- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of HVAC work
