Quality Control Technician
Pay Rate: $20.75 per hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous quality control experience, be comfortable using technology, and be willing to work in a cold warehouse environment to ensure our products meet quality and food safety standards.
Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: 4:00 AM start
- 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM start
Responsibilities
- Inspect fresh produce to ensure it meets company quality standards.
- Perform quality checks throughout the production process.
- Document inspection results accurately using tablets and computer systems.
- Enter and maintain data in Microsoft Excel.
- Identify and report quality concerns to supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality procedures.
- Work effectively in a refrigerated/cold environment.
Qualifications
- Previous Quality Control experience is required.
- Produce industry experience is preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with tablets and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in a cold environment for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Compensation
- $20.75 per hour
