Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries related to demolition services.Qualify leads and gather detailed information about demolition project needs (site details, structure type, timelines, permitting requirements, etc.).Prepare and follow up on estimates, proposals, and bid documents in coordination with estimators or project managers.Maintain and update CRM systems with lead details, follow-up tasks, and customer interactions.Conduct outbound calls to follow up on proposals, nurture leads, and promote demolition services.Support outside sales staff with scheduling, document preparation, and customer communications.Understand and communicate demolition service offerings, including selective interior demo, full structure demolition, concrete removal, and debris hauling.Coordinate with operations regarding scheduling, project updates, and customer concerns.Assist with tracking bid opportunities and monitoring construction/demolition project databases.Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
