Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our warehouse team. This role supports daily operations within a fast-paced shoe distribution environment, ensuring accurate order processing, communication, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support related to orders, shipments, and product inquiries
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Track and update order status, including shipping and delivery details
- Assist with data entry, order verification, and inventory checks
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and clients
- Support labeling, sorting, and organizing shoe inventory as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience required (warehouse or logistics preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, order systems)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
