Call Center Member Relationship Specialist

About the position

As a Member Relationship Specialist in our Call Center, you will focus on building long-term relationships with our members to understand their financial needs and provide a full range of products and services to serve their banking needs. Our Member Relationship Specialist position provides excellent customer service on every phone call. This position will assist members and nonmembers with questions or requests in a friendly manner. This position is also responsible for presenting and explaining credit union products and services to members and assisting them to utilize these products and services. Our Member Relationship Specialist role requires the ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner with prospective and current members. Under supervision, and in accordance with existing procedures and systems, provides a variety of member service functions involving selling & cross-selling of products and services.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma, associate's degree in Business or related field preferred. Work experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Experience in a Call Center role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work the hours necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
• Detail oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.60 - $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
