About First Source Title Agency First Source Title Agency, Inc. is a national title agency with 18 years of experience serving the title industry. We're looking for a professional, knowledgeable candidate who understands every facet of the title and escrow process and can deliver exceptional service while working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Position Overview: The Escrow Assistant supports our Escrow Officers and clients by managing the day-to-day details that keep transactions moving smoothly from open to close. This is an in-office position based in Pompano Beach, FL.

What You'll Do

• Deliver a high level of customer service to every party in the transaction
• Open and create new orders
• Communicate daily with lenders, buyers, sellers, attorneys, and realtors
• Support Escrow Officers with any tasks needed to keep files on track
• Order payoffs, HOA documents, surveys, tax and water certifications, and lien certificates
• Prepare and distribute closing documents to the appropriate parties
• Gather all invoices required for closing
• Review and interpret contracts and title commitments
• Clear order and title requirements
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date notes on all active files
• Take on additional related duties as assigned
