We are expanding our Epic team and seeking 4 Mid/Senior level Epic Analysts who will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing workflows across our Epic environment. This team partners closely with clinical, operational, and product leaders to drive system-wide improvements and deliver seamless user experiences.As an Epic Analyst, you will be responsible for configuring custom enhancements, leading workflow redesign initiatives, and serving as a trusted subject matter expert for your assigned Epic modules.What You’ll DoLead configuration and customization of assigned Epic modulesAct as the project manager for workflow-related initiatives, partnering with stakeholders and product leads to define system needsGather requirements and translate them into technical and functional designConfigure workflows, decision trees, ticket scheduling, and module enhancementsPresent new workflows and system changes to various clinical and operational audiencesProvide technical support and troubleshooting when users encounter issues or functionality isn’t working as expectedCollaborate across business groups to ensure system changes support enterprise-wide goalsOpen Positions & Required ExpertiseWe are hiring four analysts, each with deep experience and certification in one of the following Epic areas:1️⃣ Patient Access (Registration / Check-In)Must have Epic Cadence or Prelude certificationStrong background configuring appointment scheduling, registration workflows, and check-in functionality2️⃣ Telehealth & e-Visits / On-Demand Virtual CareMust have certification in MyChart or related modules such as EpicCare Ambulatory, Inpatient, or Home HealthExperience supporting virtual care workflows strongly preferred3️⃣ Epic Care CompanionsMust have Epic MyChart certificationExperience with patient-facing content, chronic condition management workflows, or remote monitoring programs4️⃣ Epic Bedside (Inpatient MyChart) & Inpatient QuestionnairesExperience building or optimizing inpatient questionnaires, patient-facing inpatient workflows, or digital engagement toolsRequirementsHands-on experience gathering requirements from stakeholdersAbility to recommend workflow improvements and create technical/functional design documentationProven experience building workflows, decision trees, and ticket schedulingStrong presentation skills and comfort speaking with users at all levelsEpic certification(s) corresponding to your module — February 2025 version strongly preferredAbility to participate in an on-call rotation (issues rarely occur overnight or on weekends)
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
