Job Description:
SAFe Certified Scrum Master with experience leading delivery across multi-vendor development teams.
Strong knowledge of Agile planning and execution activities, including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, and Retrospectives.
Hands-on experience with Rally for tracking team progress, reporting, and managing RAID items.
Proven ability to facilitate meetings and coordinate with external teams.
Mandatory experience as a Scrum Master on Guidewire Policy Center implementation projects.
Mandatory experience working in Farmers Insurance.

Agile Way of Working, Guidewire Policy Center
 
Experience Required:
Need min of 6-8 years of IT Experience
