Level 2, 3

  • Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure for performance and availability.
  • Troubleshoot incidents, escalate critical issues to appropriate support teams.
  • Perform system patching, upgrades, and routine maintenance activities.
  • Implement automation for repetitive tasks using scripting and cloud tools.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize system reliability and scalability.
