The Core Responsibilities Involve
- System Management: Installing, configuring, and maintaining Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) servers.
- OpenShift Expertise: Providing support for OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) environments, including setup, validation, troubleshooting, and migrations.
- Technical Guidance: Offering recommendations and advice to customers on system improvements, best practices, and security, and helping them to refine their processes and procedures.
- Problem-Solving: Diagnosing and resolving issues within Red Hat technology environments and OCP infrastructure.
- Documentation: Creating and updating network diagrams, design documents, and migration plans.
- Communication: Effectively conveying complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
