Key Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize network monitoring solutions
- Implement event correlation and root cause analysis strategies
- Improve NOC operations and alerting effectiveness
- Integrate monitoring tools with SIEM/SOAR platforms
- Develop monitoring standards and governance
- Enable predictive analytics and AIOps capabilities
- Mentor teams and improve operational maturity
- 10 years of experience in monitoring/NOC/network engineering
- Experience with tools like:
- VMware SMARTS
- Broadcom NetOps
- ScienceLogic SL1
- IBM Netcool
- Strong knowledge of SNMP, NetFlow, telemetry, syslog
- AIOps / Observability platforms (Datadog, Dynatrace, Elastic)
- Python / automation
- Zero Trust and security monitoring
