Position: Full-Time Universal Banker

Location: Greenbrier, Arkansas

What We're Looking For:

We’re not just hiring a banker—we’re looking for a community influencer. Someone who will be a voice for the customer, a champion of service, and a pillar of positivity in our banking family.

What will you do:

• Greet customers with a smile and get to know their needs
• Build real relationships and make banking feel easy (and human)
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
• Balance cash drawers and keep things accurate
• Help customers manage their accounts
• Open and service checking, savings, and CD accounts
• Assist with debit cards, online banking, and account questions
• Recommend products and services that fit each customer
• Make referrals to lenders or other bank experts when needed
• Keep things safe and compliant
• Follow bank policies and regulatory requirements
• Protect customer information and help prevent fraud
• Work toward individual and team goals together

What We’re Looking For:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong math skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with superb organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• A passion for serving the public
• Previous cash handling experience (preferred)
• Previous banking experience (preferred)

Availability:

• Full-time hours: Mondays through Fridays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. with opening and closing procedures requiring availability 15 minutes before and after shifts.
• Preferably live within 30 miles of the First Service Bank branch in which you’re applying or willing to relocate.
