Job Overview

In this role, you’ll perform residential, commercial, and government HVAC service, installation, and maintenance work across a diverse range of projects. Key Responsibilities
- Perform HVAC system installations, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirements.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues.
- Ensure all work is compliant with safety codes, company standards, and customer expectations.
- Document completed work and communicate with dispatch and project managers.
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and safety equipment in clean, working condition.
- Participate in on-call rotations, overtime, and occasional weekend work as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience in residential and/or commercial service.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- EPA Universal Certification required.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting methods, and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening in compliance with applicable laws.

Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday
- Availability for overtime and weekend work required

- Travel projects may be available with per diem compensation
