Responsibilities
- Monitor entrances, exits, and designated areas to control access and prevent unauthorized entry
- Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to observe activity and identify potential threats or suspicious behavior
- Enforce security policies by conducting patrols, inspections, and loss prevention measures throughout the premises
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary to address incidents or investigations
- Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and security logs for reporting purposes
- Manage conflict situations with professionalism, employing conflict management skills to de-escalate disputes
Requirements
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly preferred
- Surveillance skills with familiarity in CCTV systems and security technology
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and decisively while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Knowledge of security protocols, law enforcement procedures, and emergency response procedures
- Physical fitness to stand, walk, patrol for extended periods, and respond quickly when needed
