Teller

We are looking for a full-time Teller in Beaumont (77706).

SUMMARY: To assist customers and potential customers with their financial needs. Provide accurate information and promote a full range of products and services. Explain services, respond to problems, direct customers to the appropriate people and assist customers with their financial transactions. Identify and offer products and services to customers as a solution to customer needs. Support and utilize Cross-Sell techniques by identifying opportunities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists customers with financial transaction requests including, but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and other negotiable instruments with adherence to Teller Standards and guidelines. Balances individual cash drawer and performs daily transactions.
• Provides accurate information on products and services.
• Resolves customer problems within authority. Refers problems beyond authority to supervisor, along with their recommendations.
• Assists with offering and implementing other various products and services offered by the bank. Assists with procedure and policy development as needed.
• Maintains appropriate records and prepares required reports for cash management activities, deposit accounts and loans, including disclosures and other compliance related requirements.
• Order and print debit cards for customers.
• Registration and maintenance of online banking access.
• Ensure documents are scanned into CenterDoc timely and accurately.
• Process debit card, ACH, and check disputes for customers.
• Input, verify, and post wire transfers.
• Participate in local bank and other civic events.
• Prepares reports and correspondence as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
