We partner with local, regional, and national businesses to grow their online presence through advertising, SEO, social media, email marketing, lead generation, and more. We are a small, driven team that takes ownership of our clients’ results and backs it up with our work.


We work a 32-hour week. Fridays are always off. We hire people who want to grow with us, not just fill a seat.

Role Description

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team as our first dedicated growth hire. This is a broad, hands-on role where you will touch every major channel we use for clients — paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, lead generation, and more — and own the performance and results side of those relationships directly.


You will work side by side with our founder, learn our full approach to digital marketing through the First Search Framework, and take increasing ownership of client results as you grow into the role. This is not a narrow specialist position. It is built for someone who is comfortable across multiple channels, thrives in a client-facing environment, and wants a clear path to senior leadership as we scale.


What You Will Do

Paid Advertising

•    Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google across multiple client accounts

•    Own campaign strategy: audience targeting, offer structure, budget allocation, and creative direction

•    Monitor performance daily and make proactive optimization decisions without waiting to be asked

•    Review ad creative before launch and brief the creative team on content needs


Lead Generation

•    Develop lead generation strategies for each client by identifying the right offer, the right audience, and the right channel to bring in qualified leads

•    Build and refine lead generation funnels from initial capture through to conversion

•    Create and test lead generation offers that drive real pipeline, not just traffic

•    Track lead quality and conversion rates and adjust strategy based on what the data shows


SEO

•    Support SEO strategy across client accounts: keyword research, technical SEO, content direction, and on-page recommendations

•    Use search data to inform advertising targeting and content planning

•    Help clients build organic visibility alongside their paid efforts for long-term growth


Email Marketing & Marketing Automation

•    Build and manage email marketing campaigns for clients: nurture sequences, promotional campaigns, and re-engagement flows

•    Set up and optimize marketing automation to support lead follow-up, client retention, and customer communication

•    Write email copy that reflects each client’s brand voice and drives action

•    Monitor deliverability, open rates, and conversion performance and improve continuously


Analytics & Client Reporting

•    Own client growth KPIs across all accounts — you are responsible for the numbers and what they mean

•    Build performance dashboards that tell a clear story, not just display data

•    Present monthly results to clients with confidence. What happened, why, and what we are doing next

•    Identify growth opportunities from the data and bring them to the table proactively


Local Ties & Community

•    Build and maintain relationships in the local NH business community on behalf of clients and First Search

•    Support digital PR efforts: local press, community placements, and third-party visibility

•    Represent First Search at networking events and local business gatherings

•    Help grow our presence as a trusted agency in the NH market


Agency & Brand Growth

•    Support our own marketing efforts alongside client work. We implement what we sell

•    Contribute to events and community initiatives that grow our local footprint

  • •    Help build and sharpen our agency’s core offer and positioning as we grow


Who You Are

•    3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, or a growth-focused role

•    Comfortable running Meta and Google Ads campaigns hands-on across multiple accounts

•    Familiar with SEO fundamentals and how organic and paid strategy work together

•    Experience building or managing email marketing campaigns and basic automation flows

•    Strong understanding of lead generation. You know how to build an offer, drive traffic to it, and follow up on it

•    At ease presenting results and having direct performance conversations with clients

•    Self-directed and organized enough to manage multiple clients without dropping details

•    Analytical by nature, you look at dashboards and know what story they are telling

•    Connected to or familiar with the NH business community is a strong plus

•    Agency experience is a plus, managing more than one client at a time matters here
