We’re looking for a motivated Territory Manager to help expand our presence in East Texas. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing company where your work directly impacts your success and the growth of the business.
What We’re Looking For- Spine sales experience strongly preferred
- Hungry, self-motivated professional with a strong work ethic
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- Established business already exists in the territory—you’ll be building on an existing foundation, not starting from scratch
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel throughout East Texas
- Develop and strengthen relationships with spine surgeons, hospitals, surgery centers, and physician practices
- Support surgical cases and provide exceptional customer service
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Collaborate with First Round Medical leadership to grow the territory
- Represent the company’s products and partners with professionalism and integrity
- Competitive uncapped commission structure
- Existing business in the territory to support growth
