We see Project Managers as communication and knowledge hubs in our organization, working with all of our players from customer to GM to ensure that we continue to deliver high quality work on efficient timelines for optimal value.The work of the Project Manager is to assess the work required at a site, primarily by developing estimates and timelines for completing work; developing materials, scope, and pricing parameters for a job; and tracking job progress and satisfaction. Project Managers perform marketing, sales, estimation, project management, and accounting tasks across their varied work days, and are a critical part of First Response Restorations success.Essential FunctionsFirst point of contact between customer and company throughout life of the projectCoordinate and communicate amongst homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, and insurance adjusterSet up job site for estimation, including 360-degree camera, taking measurements, performing chamber sketchesDefine scope of work and ensure it aligns with homeowner expectations and insurance estimatesEnter data and information into estimation software and documentationMeticulous documentation across life of projectConduct site visits to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to scope while inspecting completed work and ensuring it meets FRR and industry standardsObtain necessary permits and ensure that work is code-compliantMaking sales and securing opportunities for FRRJob Qualifications and Skills[required]Some experience in project managementSome experience in or substantial knowledge of construction, renovation, repair, restoration; carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or other construction workSome experience managing or supervising personnelSome experience in customer service or customer-facing rolesExcellent verbal and written communicationsHigh degree of maturity and professionalismAbility to establish and meet deadlinesQuick learner, flexible, adaptive, proactive[desired]Some experience with Matterport, Eagleview, DocuSketch360, Xactimate, and QuickBooks, among other estimation and project management applications or softwareExcellent mathematical, reckoning, and logical thinking skillsExcellent time managementSales and commission motivationProject Manager is a full-time hourly position starting at $20/hr plus commissions and incentives. Work is in person at the company offices in Hurricane, WV and at job sites in immediate area; as needed, company vehicles will be provided for transportation or mileage reimbursed. At sites, the Project Manager may infrequently be asked to move objects weighing up to 50lbs, assist with collaborative physical tasks, or move contents to complete estimate work and photography. Project Managers should understand that the job sites to which they will be assigned may be hot, cold, wet, muddy, unhygienic, or otherwise difficult to access or tolerate.
