What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Clinical Psychologist position at First Responders Wellness Center?
Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-employment evaluations, FOID reinstatements and Fitness for duty evaluations part-time position.
-Possibly Supervise interns and Post-Doc
- Mimimal if any individual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities
-Understand trauma impact on the brain and dx of PTSD
- Assess and diagnose clients, and develop treatment plans accordingly
Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid state license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist
- Proficiency in conducting psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and treatment modalities.
Skills:
- Trauma informed care due to working with First Responder and Veteran community
-Pre-employment testing, FOID reinstatements and FFDE evaluations
You receive 1 hour of consultation/didactics with all staff once a week to create a supportive and learning environment.

Pay: $85.00 - $225.00 per hour
