We're looking for a Licensed Therapist who wants more than a traditional outpatient role. This position blends direct therapy with hands-on collaboration across home-and community-based services (HCBS), substance use programs (SUD), and behavioral health intervention services (BHIS) by supporting individuals with complex, whole-person behavioral health needs.

What You'll Do
- Provide individual and family therapy, including assessment, diagnosis, and development of clinically appropriate, billable treatment plans.
- Support individuals with complex behavioral health needs, including mental health and substance use, across programs by collaborating with their interdisciplinary teams to develop and guide practical, trauma-informed behavioral strategies (including behavioral plans) that staff can implement in real time.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches to support meaningful outcomes.
- Serve as a clinical resource to staff, offering consultation, education, and support around mental health, substance use, crisis response, and skill-building approaches.
- Contribute to a culture of person-centered, recovery-oriented care.

What We're Looking For

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.

Active Iowa Licensure (LISW, LMHC, or equivalent).
- Strong clinical judgement and ability to work with individuals with complex needs.
