Role Description
This is a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant position located on-site at our facility in North Palm Beach, FL. The role involves assisting licensed occupational therapists in providing therapy services, implementing rehabilitation plans, and delivering hands-on patient care. Responsibilities include collaborating on program development, documenting patient progress, and ensuring compassionate and effective care throughout treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Skills and experience in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation
- Proficiency in delivering Patient Care and monitoring patient progress
- Ability to participate in Program Development to enhance treatment plans
- Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction
- Commitment to maintaining licensure and meeting state and federal regulatory requirements
- Experience in rehabilitation or therapy clinics is preferred
