We are hiring an accounting intern for the summer to work part-time (15-20 hours/week) at our home office in Downtown Boston. This person will report directly to our Controller, and will support our accounting function by assisting on operational accounting matters, including invoicing, report preparation, accounts payable duties, check deposits, and ad hoc requests. This person will work with software packages including Entrata and Vantaca, as well as MS Office applications.

Responsibilities
- Deposit all received checks.
- Confirm what accounts miscellaneous checks should be deposited to
- Proper organization of deposited checks, both digital and physical, for record.
- Scan invoices to Insurance department and AP for payment.
- Weekly Subsidy report sent out to managers, starting the 3 rd of each month.
- Miscellaneous transaction recording for accountants into Accounting Software Vantaca and Entrata (ex. management fees).
- Assisting in printing Condo checks in Vantaca .
- Assist Accounting team miscellaneous tasks (pulling payment history, invoices, checks).
