HVAC Sales Technician
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Compensation: Commission-Based | $80,000-$120,000 Expected Annual Earnings

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and maintain residential HVAC equipment
- Recommend replacement systems and comfort upgrades when appropriate
- Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
- Build customer trust through professional communication and service
- Deliver high-quality workmanship while supporting company growth goals
- Maintain accurate job notes and customer information
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Strong customer communication and sales skills
- Organized and self-motivated mindset
- Positive attitude and willingness to continue learning
- HVAC trade school education preferred
