HVAC and Plumbing Coordinator
$20-$25 per hour, depending on experience
Full Time | Albuquerque, NM
8:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday through Friday

As our service department continues to develop, we are seeking an HVAC and Plumbing Coordinator to help support daily operations, improve scheduling efficiency, and maintain strong communication between customers and field teams.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or coordination experience
- HVAC, plumbing, or related service industry experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working with computers and scheduling software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate schedules for HVAC and plumbing service technicians
- Dispatch technicians and monitor daily service progress
- Communicate with customers regarding appointments and updates
- Manage service tickets, customer information, and scheduling systems
- Coordinate return visits and parts ordering when needed
- Support office operations and assist management with administrative tasks
