Experienced HVAC Installer
$27-$42/hour depending on experience bonuses
Full-Time | Albuquerque, NM Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-5:00 PM | Overtime Available

What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
- EPA Universal Certification required
- NATE Certification preferred or ability to obtain within one year
- Strong understanding of residential HVAC design and installation
- Knowledge of electrical, gas, refrigerant, and low-voltage systems
- Ability to apply residential HVAC codes and safety standards
- Leadership mindset with strong communication skills

What You'll Do
- Install residential heating and cooling systems to company standards
- Work with furnaces, heat pumps, duct systems, and refrigerant lines
- Ensure installations are completed safely and efficiently
- Test and balance systems for proper operation
- Mentor and assist junior installers as needed
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and customer service
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
Salary : $27 - $42
