What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Planning Professional position at First Quality?
We are looking for a highly skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at the Nutek Disposables facility in McElhattan, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership in maintenance planning and tracking of all equipment using a CMMS system. You will work closely with the Reliability engineering team to coordinate predictive inspections and planning proactive actions within the CMMS system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership in maintenance planning and tracking of all equipment using a CMMS system
- Work with Reliability engineering to coordinate predictive inspections and planning proactive actions within the CMMS system
- Collaborate with all platforms and team members to ensure effective scheduling, kitting, and enhancing asset health through strategic planning
- Maintain accurate records of all equipment hierarchy, parts lists, and history within the CMMS system
- Coordinate with the parts room to maintain correct parts levels for kitting and planning maintenance activities
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of industrial experience or equivalent
- Advanced mechanical knowledge of all machinery, equipment, and components
- Advanced knowledge of product specifications, quality specifications, goals, efficiency, scrap, and production
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- AutoCAD experience is preferred
- Planning training or experience is preferred
