Responsibilities
- Perform accurate daily data entry into company systems and spreadsheets
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records
- Assist with scanning, photocopying, and document organization
- Track and log incoming paperwork to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Support various departments with general clerical tasks as needed
- Handle office supply inventory and assist with general office upkeep
Skills
- Prior clerical or office experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Professional and dependable with a team-player attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent required
