What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Officer position at First Protection Services, Inc.?

Saturday to Tuesday (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday off)
Saturday- 7:00 A.M to 11:00 P.M (16 hours)
Sunday- 3:00 P.M to 11:00 P.M (8 hours)
Monday- 11:00 P.M to 7:00 A.M (8 hours)
Tuesday- 11:00 P.M to 7:00 A.M (8 hours)
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property.
- Monitoring surveillance equipment.
- Inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.
- Obtaining help by sounding alarms.
- Preventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities.
- Informing violators of policy and procedures.
- Identifying risks and notifying appropriate management authority or 911/Police.
- Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
- Maintaining a written log of all daily activities per shift.
Successful candidates must meet the following requirements prior to applying:
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Must be able to pass a background screening which includes, but is not limited to, criminal background check, drug test, interview, and professional reference check.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have excellent customer service skills and be comfortable serving the public.
- Must have reliable transportation and reliable means of communication.
- Demonstrate a stable work history.
