This is a remote, contract role for a Real Estate Marketing Consultant. In this role, you will develop and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to the needs of homeowners and potential clients. Daily tasks include promoting services through online and offline channels, researching target markets, creating compelling marketing content, and identifying leads. You will also collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless communication and support client outreach while meeting project goals.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Sales and Marketing skills, with expertise in creating campaigns and generating leads
• Proficiency in Project Management for organizing campaigns, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Familiarity with the real estate or foreclosure industry is a plus
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms
