Family Medicine or Med Peds Physician | Direct Primary Care

As a First Primary Care physician, you’ll have the opportunity to create exceptional patient experiences while delivering high-quality, relationship-driven care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care through an innovative direct primary care model, free from traditional billing and administrative burdens.
• Communicate directly with your patients by phone, text, and email.
• Manage a smaller patient panel, allowing for deeper engagement, proactive care, and better outcomes.
• Diagnose and treat chronic conditions early, with a focus on prevention and long-term health optimization.
• Guide patients toward sustainable lifestyle improvements, including nutrition, exercise, stress management, and sleep.
• Perform and expand your scope of in-office procedures with the time and support to do so.
• Collaborate with a team of forward-thinking clinicians dedicated to continuous improvement and clinical excellence.

Requirements:

• MD or DO (Family Medicine or Med-Peds preferred).
• Passionate about building meaningful patient relationships.
• Skilled in handling sensitive matters with integrity and confidentiality.
• Strong communicator, clear, thoughtful, and personable.
• Accountable and follow-through-driven.
• Growth-minded and open to feedback.
• Ready to leave unnecessary paperwork behind and reclaim your time.
• Fluent in spoken and written Spanish
