We are looking for an exceptional Executive Ministries Manager to help support and strengthen the ministry of our Lead Pastor and Executive Pastor. Qualifications:What You’ll Do
As the Executive Ministries Manager, you’ll serve as a key partner to the Lead Pastor and Executive Pastor by helping ensure ministry operations run smoothly and effectively. Responsibilities include:
- Managing calendars, appointments, and executive schedules
- Coordinating meetings and preparing agendas, reports, and follow-up items
- Serving as a communication liaison between executive leadership, staff, congregants, and external partners
- Drafting and proofreading correspondence and ministry documents
- Coordinating travel arrangements and logistics for conferences and ministry events
- Assisting with executive ministry events, gatherings, and special projects
- Maintaining confidentiality with sensitive leadership and church matters
- Supporting general office organization and administrative needs
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, loves helping leaders succeed, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and professional environment.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of executive assistant or administrative support experience
- Experience in a church or non-profit environment preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities with professionalism
- High level of discretion and integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and church management software preferred
- Ability to work independently while also thriving on a collaborative team
