We are partnering with a leading design-build contractor, who are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of high-value projects across mission critical project types.

The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will have full responsibility for the planning, execution, and delivery of major construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Working closely with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and field operations, you will ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project teams throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Drive project performance to ensure safety, quality, and financial objectives are achieved.
- Oversee contract administration, change management, and cost control processes.
- Mentor and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and support staff.
- Coordinate with preconstruction and estimating teams during project planning phases.
- Provide regular reporting on project progress, financials, and key milestones.
What We're Looking For
- 10 years of construction project management experience.
- Proven track record managing large-scale, complex projects
- Experience managing projects valued at $50M .
- Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
