Position Overview
Stock Associates play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, keeping merchandise organized, and ensuring products are available when needed. This role requires consistency, reliability, and the ability to complete physical tasks safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming shipments
- Restock shelves, storage areas, and designated inventory zones
- Maintain a clean and orderly backroom and stock floor
- Assist with inventory counts and data entry as needed
- Follow safety guidelines when lifting, moving, or storing products
- Support front-of-house or team members when requested
- Ensure products are labeled, tagged, or sorted correctly
