We are looking for qualified, responsible, and reliable candidates for apartment maintenance. Preparing units to be rented. MUST have a valid drivers license and a vehicle, candidates without vehicle need not apply. Candidates will have the ability to transition through many tasks a day, at several different properties throughout the Greeley area. Duties include but are not limited to: painting, caulking, installing flooring, light plumbing, drywall repair, etc. Candidate should have experience or similar related experience or willingness to learn. Must be able to work as a team and bring the best performance to every task. General handyman tools recommended.
