About the Role
We are looking for friendly and energetic Counter Staff team members to join our pizza shop! You will be the face of our shop, welcoming customers, taking orders, and ensuring everyone leaves with a smile and great food.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude and take customer orders in person and over the phone.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Keep the dining area, front counter, and service stations clean, organized, and stocked.
- Assist with basic food prep and box up hot, fresh pizzas for dine-in or takeout.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean environment.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Valid Food Handlers Certificate (or willingness to obtain one upon hire).
- High standards for cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Punctual, reliable, and excited about great pizza!
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12.0 – 16.0 per week
