A Day in the Life of a Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
- Manage teams, daily operations, and project schedules
- Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and job profitability
- Coordinate subcontractors, bids, and permitting
- Handle contracts, change orders, and policy compliance
- Support crisis management and on-call responses
- Ability to respond after hours and on weekends
Experience & Education:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the restoration/construction industry or equivalent industry experience
- Experience in water, flood, fire, smoke, mold, and asbestos remediation
- Safety courses as required for the position
- Bachelor's degree or related experience
- Valid driver's license required
