A Day in the life of an HR Implementation Project Manager starts with leading major HR initiatives designed to transform how the organization supports and engages its people. You'll coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver HR system and process rollouts, ensuring timelines, budgets, and project goals stay on track. Through implementation, you'll play a key role in facilitating communication, aligning project milestones, and removing roadblocks to keep momentum moving forward.

Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams through all project phases to deliver scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals
- Define project requirements and deliverables, ensuring strong alignment with sponsors and key stakeholders
- Serve as the primary liaison between HR, IT, ADP, and vendor partners to enable seamless system integration and process improvements
- Utilize project management tools to document tasks, track progress, manage dependencies, and provide clear reporting
- Manage risks, budgets, and schedules while maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders
- Facilitate effective meetings and communication, including agendas, documentation, risk tracking, and timely status updates
- Build productive internal and external partnerships to support continuous improvement and collaborative problem-solving
- Identify change impacts, people-related risks, and barriers to adoption, developing mitigation and rollout plans
- Strengthen communication, engagement, and alignment across offices and regions
- Resolve challenges with urgency, professionalism, and a focus on results and outcomes
- Support system configuration, reporting, data analysis, and troubleshooting as needed
- Demonstrate advanced communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Bring strategic thinking and a passion for optimizing both employee and HR operational experiences
- Understand HR and business needs to translate them into scalable, effective solutions
- Travel up to 20%
Experience & Education:
- 7 years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated project management and system implementation leadership
- Background in HR systems, preferably with hands-on ADP configuration or project experience
- Experience coaching and leading cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; PMP certification preferred
